About VESSL AI
Founded in Seoul and now expanding to the U.S., VESSL AI is a Series A company ($12M raised, ~35 people) backed by top-tier investors. We are on a mission to empower AI researchers to overcome infrastructure bottlenecks by providing a seamless GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platform. We are the vessel that enables researchers to experiment, build, and scale models without limits.
About the Role
We are seeking a high-agency GTM Engineer Intern to engineer the systems behind our U.S. expansion. This role sits at the intersection of technical rigor and business strategy.
You will work side-by-side with our Founding GTM team to launch the U.S. business, while receiving technical mentorship directly from our VP of Products (Co-founder). This role is designed for an engineer who possesses high conviction that AI agents and automation will fundamentally reshape how businesses operate.
This is a high-bar role. It is not a typical "shadowing" internship. You will be expected to identify friction across the funnel, architect elegant automations, and deploy solutions that make every seller faster and every customer interaction smarter. You will gain first-hand experience building inside an AI-first organization.
What You'll Do
- Design & Deploy AI Automation: Utilize tools like n8n and Claude Code to build agents that automate lead routing, scoring, and personalization. You will replace manual human effort with durable code and logic.
- Engineer the GTM Stack: Build and maintain reliable integrations across HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets, and our data ecosystem. You ensure the data flows seamlessly to support high-velocity decision-making.
- Data Infrastructure & Enrichment: Develop scripts to scrape, audit, and enrich lead lists, ensuring our outreach is targeted and data-driven.
- Rapid Prototyping: Translate ambiguous business problems into clear system designs. You will prototype and ship GTM experiments to test new channels and messaging in days, not weeks.
- Strategic Market Intelligence: Leverage AI to analyze unstructured data and generate insights that guide our go-to-market strategy.
Who We Expect
- Technical Fluency: You are proficient in Python and SQL, comfortable working with REST APIs, and capable of building integrations. You view code as a tool to solve business problems.
- AI-Native Mindset: You are familiar with modern automation tools (n8n, Claude Code, LLMs) and understand how to leverage them to structure data and drive efficiency.
- Operational Ownership: You thrive in ambiguity. You are willing to roll up your sleeves for unglamorous work—cleaning data, debugging workflows—to ensure the system runs smoothly.
- Systems Thinking: You don't just fix symptoms; you identify root causes. You understand how data flows through a funnel and how one broken link affects the entire revenue engine.
- Demonstrated Interest: We are interested to hear about your side projects, hackathons, or previous builds involving AI.
- Bonus: Fluency in Korean & English is a plus.
Our Tech Stack
- Code: Python, SQL, REST APIs
- Automation: n8n, Claude Code
- Business: HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets
What You Should Expect
- Front-Row Seat: You will help build a U.S. business from scratch with daily exposure to founder-level strategy and high-velocity execution.
- Speed & Intensity: We move fast, learn fast, and iterate constantly.
- In-Person Culture: We believe the fastest way to win is together, in the room. Expect a minimum of 60 hours per week in our San Francisco office.
- Perks: $30 meal allowance provided daily.
